RL Couple looking for High End EST raid guild (Must use DKP)

Hi all,

My wife and I are looking for an eastern raid guild.  We know that at first its going to be all about leveling and getting decent gear to be able to attempt the raid content and we are looking forward to experienceing that with a guild:)  Once raid content is a weekly thing (everquest) we are looking for a guild that plans to raid between 6pm eastern to midnight (if it goes over due to finishing a raid then so be it..more then willing to stay).  5 pm will be to early for me to raid due to getting off work at 4:30 p.m. eastern.  I would really like to not rush home to log on...come home kiss the wife and adorable 16 month old son.  Ask her how her day was and enjoy a meal..before we start playing and unleashing havoc on the Mobs in Vanguard  We can raid monday thru sunday.  We are looking for a guild that plans on raiding at a minium 3-4 days a week ..thou 7 days is still welcome (we love to raid).  We are also looking for the guild to have a DKP system that has a DKP cap.  We arent looking for PvP.

I hate to sound elitist and demanding becuase we arent at all that way.  We have just been playing MMO's for so long that we just know what makes the game experience enjoyable for us and really want that for us in Vanguard.  Once we pick the guild (or the guild picks us) we are truly loyal members that will do anything to make the guild thrive and survive.  If that means helping recruiting or taking on more leadership roles to fill in for people leaving or what not..thats what we are about.

Some background on us.  My 2 favorite games were Ultima Online and everquest..and vanguard fits both those voids really well.  My wifes favorite game was everquest.  We have been playing MMO's for about 9 years (we are only 27 thou).  I have been to the end content of about 6 MMO's (EQ, SWG, COH/CoV, DDO, UO)  also dabbled in EQ2 and WoW. (mid levels)..both those games werent what i wanted.  We honestly havent been able to find anything that kept us happy like EQ did.  We played Beta EQ till the PoR expansion before we finally retired.  We raided in a guild called Legacy of Steel and had seen everything the game had to offer.  We earned all our flags and keys the original hard way and bascially lived our characters (epic 1.0 to 2.5's).  We want to experience that again in Vanguard.  Once we pick our class we devote ourselves to playing that character and perfecting them.  I was a bard in EQ and my wife was a Cleric/Chanter (she spent 4 years as a chanter..then went cleric due to guild needs)

We plan to play chars that duo together well (Tank, healer) (Damage caster, Support caster).  We havent narrowed it down 100 percent yet..when the open beta comes we were gonna test them out then and 100 percent choose before Live launch (we do already have the preorder disc for both of us)  We would love for the guild to use vent or teamspeak due to how well it makes raids go so much smoother.  An active forum and website is awesome as well.  We play alot..its kinda what makes our marriage work so well to be honest too hehe.  (having a gamer wife is all its cracked up to be:P)  I know we could be a great assest to a guild and are really looking for a guild that will be coming out the gates fast to start enjoying vanguard and pushing for the raid content (dont think we are looking to powergrind so to speak but to be constantly doing stuff that helps the guild progress along as well as everyones characters ie guild housing,ships..whatever)  We will grind thou if thats what it takes. We are the type of people that will do mass run for flags over and over again even thou we already have them..or staying with someone to camp a spawn for hours on end if that what it takes.  We want the guild we are in to succeed.

Also we have 2 well built rigs (3.4 P4, 2 gigs of ram, GF7900GT's) and play on 42' HD LCD's with cable connection 10Megs (its a bit pricey thou IMO heh)  We also have two XBOX 360's if they do make it for it and it ends up performing better on them. Vanguard is going to be a huge part of our lives and would like a good home and family to share it with.
