Flying mounts

The flying mounts look kool  IMO but I must ask this, are the flying mounts something that you get at the end of the game when your way up in level, or would they be something like in SWG where you can get special mounts by doing a few special quest or something ?

You get them around lvl 45, the max level is 50.  How you get them I don't know, I think via a quest.
