It doesnt really matter - the multi-bolt is awesome but you will get precisely one shot of it off before you end up OMGWTFPWNT by angry Albs/Mids. My Bainshee is RR5.2 now and the kill ratio seems to be getting worse - apparently people dont like getting bolted by wee wispy looking critters.
I stopped playing her for now since the first offensive cast announces you to the world as the most vulnerable caster in all 3 realms. Its almost like the old classic BM green waving sword became a zerg's bullseye - you died very quickly and very horribly.

Interesting.. I was in Molvik yesterday and grouped with a Bainshee who complained on two occasions that the enemy seemed to target her first...even over the healers.....(of course, one reason is they are so easy to identify).
Its probably like Theurigists..if I see one on the field I'll go out of my way to kill it first over the healers or mezzers...cause i really hate those pets of theirs....

Yup - the fact that you have no real single target control makes you stealther / archer bait. You dont put out enough to kill in 2-3 shots and so the only way you survive is at the back of an 8 man with a healer standing in front of you
Im reactivating and thought I was going to try a Bainshee. But theres nothing I hate more than being stealth killed repeatedly with no way of winning or even escaping.
That is only in the BG and it is an issue for all casters. In RvR it is not a problem because archers have MoS and that has ruined playing asassin classes. As long as you are not alone and you avoid doing dumb things like walking across a bridge in a straight line there is no problem.
Correct you are - Bainshee + MOS = dead groups of stealthers, the root cone sticks them while you bleed and tick posion to take 4-5 steps away MOS'd if you manage to fire 3 shots they die followed promptly by you
Average stealther has around 1700-2100 HP - your specced single target nuke will produce around 700 dmg - so 3 shots is what you need. Unfortunately most stealthers have some form of IP so you have to get creative with cones.
My problem is luri Man-shee I have has a whopping 1100HP fully buffed - so I drop before I can fire off. MY solution is going to have to be POTs it seems.
