Assassin's Creed: PC

We all knew that this game was coming out, however I just found out that it will be coming out for the PC. The first time I heard about it was when it was announced for release on the PS3, it looked amazing but I was not going to spend $700 to play it. Then I found out that it would be coming out for the 360 as well and I thought maybe I could dish out $400, mostly because I was also thinking about playing gears of war. Now that I know it will be released for the PC I am anticipating the release of this game over any other that could possibly come out. It has everything that you could possibly want, after watching all the dev diaries and the E3 gameplay footage I am hooked.

Now, let's talk about Jade Raymond: Wow... The way she gets excited when she talks about the game makes me want to play it, it also makes her extremely sexy. If her team can put everything into this game that they are saying then it will be the best game of 2007 by far; mark my words.

I'm thinking about going into an EB Games and preordering it already, but I think it would be better if I waited at least until they are in full BETA. What do you guys think, amazing game or over-rated flop?

To me this looks like something that is overated like Fable before it came out.
But when it did come out it still sold and was a pretty good game just not what they said it was to begin with.

I think it's too early to judge but if i had to then........

It wont be a flop but it wont be amazing.

Why don't you think it will be amazing? What is it lacking that could be added so that, in your opinion, it would be an amazing game? In my eyes there are certain prerequisites for a game; freedom, action, storyline, overall fun, graphics and replay value. There is only thing that this game appears to be lacking, and that would be the replay value. It has been said that this will certainly not be a short game so replay value is less important, which fixes that problem somewhat.  Explain why you don't get excited about this game, that is a mystery to me..

In the past these type of games have been hyped up sooo much and 90% of them have failed. Plus i think it'll be a bad port onto PC we're seeing alot of these poor ports lately from crappy old 360 > PC. It's a shame gamign has taken a dive.



Consoles ruin everything in their first 2 years old tho.

It sold good becuase a lot of players were kinda tricked into buying it and then firguring out it was overhyped and the company made so many promises too.

I don't think its going to flop, and I also don't think it will be the best game of 07'. The game will also definetely be better than "OK", I think the game is going to be GREAT! However, I stand by that the Nintendo Wii will produce a game that will take the Best Of 07' award.

P.S. I loved Fable!
