i need an up a game thats in-dev or soon to be released. i crave for hard core gameplay, in a fantasy setting. i like long level grinds, camping. but the most important thing for me is the end-game. long epic fights are perfect for me, im talking 30min to hours long. i dont like end game repitition, holding a monster on farm status just doesnt do it for me.
I played FFXI, i would have loved it if i could have gotten in an LS that could claim HNMs, i never got a chance to fight anything other then kirin (i worshiped kirin).
i played WoW, got in a good guild, but it wasnt involving enough, i felt that i could go AFk and nobody would know (i was a warlock) there where no chains or combos, you just did your own thing, and no teamwork was required.
hard difficulty is good, without being annoying.
anyone know of something like this? ive been looking at vanguard, seems like it may work, but i hear it is devoted mostly to casual players, which will not work for me.

I'm not too sure there are any MMORPGs out there that are like that. You like long fights, but you don't like end game repitition. But you also like LONG lvl grinds, and CAMPING, but also don't like farming?
I'm not too sure what you mean, what you are trying to say sounds very conflicting and ambiguous.
If you like level grinds, camping, long epic fights, I would suggest Everquest II.
If you don't like end game repitition then the only game I can point you to is FFXI because if I heard correctly that game has the best end game content, but the beginning it a grind.
However, I think your best bet for a game that you described is an offline, single-player game. I would suggest Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (love the game) or perhaps Neverwinter Nights 2.
a level grind with repitition is fine.
Age of Conan?
Vanguard??
they all look pretty cool to me.
