Can a feature be added with a threshold of people reporting a user for spam that it locks that users account so they can't post anymore until a moderator addresses (unlocks/bans) the issue?
Fact: In the United States, 4% of all children are born with a heart defect.
Fact: Only 1% of those has Ebstein's Anomaly.
Fact: My daughter is in that 1%.
