I have recently stopped playing DAoC and EVE-online and I'm having a real problem on deciding which to go into next. I played EVE for about 4 months, and really enjoyed it, but then I got bored of the endless mining and all that, and I played DAoC for less than a month, because I couldn't stand all the monster killing and level grinding.

I wonder if, from that description, anyone could advise me on what to start? Thank You.

It depends. What do you like to do in a MMORPG? What do you want to get out of it? With the number of MMORPGs out and in development it's important to find one that will suit your desires.

well, what I mostly like to do is contorl some sort of vihicle. Slightly strange I know, but I'm really not so fond of just walking around a game world, which is why I played EVE-online for such a long time. Appart from that, I like exploring and trading and that sort of thing. I don't like killing monsters much.

The 2 games i have played with vehicles are Neocron and SW:G

Neocron has lots of PvP if thats your thing, but both are kinda grindy. They are also both futuristic with guns etc.

I'm going to have to go with SWG on this one.  The game has vechicals, and in a few months even star fighters, which you can cnotrol via joy stick.  How cool is that!!!!  And it's the only game I know of where you have vechicals and you don't have to kill a single monster to level.  That is unless you want to level at killing things, then you kinda have to.  The game still has the grind, but it's less pronunced then other mmorpgs, and the comunity isn't half bad.  That is if you can deal with %^&*ing starwars geeks.  So thats my two sense anyways.
