Running at 25+ FPS outside with maxed game settings and forced 8xAA and 16xAF with ATI control panel on Best Quality settings. 10-18 FPS in busy towns (have to turn down Quality to get 25+)
The same system with an ASUS X800XT was not able to run on medium settings, no AA or AF on constant 25+ FPS.
I hope this gives you an idea on requirements. I would say the most impact makes an up to date GPU. Also recommend to install the game on a fast HDD. It is big and needs to load alot of textures.
PS: I expect some more performance improvements before the final.

If you want nic settings with low lagg: 2gig DDR PC3200 400mhz+ ram, 2.0ghz CPU, less then 2 years old GFX card with 256vm, fast HDD.
Go any lower and expect bad FPS. RAM is very intensive with Vanguard.
I'm hoping it won't be so RAM intensive when they unhook all the beta testing bloat from the game. Trust me mate it is, I have 1gb ram and through using all manner of tweaks my FPS was still bordering 10-20 in town and 30-40 in the field.

I would not count on it. My system load is about the same as with Oblivion. 600-800 MB RAM, 300-500MB Texture MEM.
Forgot to mention that i run the game in 1360x768 on a 32" WS Flat Panel. So not a particularly high resolution. Crap! that means two new sticks of 1 gig ram. Might as well start shopping on NewEgg.
I been looking everywhere for them and cant seem to locate them. Could someone help me out??
I would recommend a CPU faster than 2.5 ghz and at least a gig of ram and a 256 mb video card and you can experience almost the full potential. THe graphics are absolutely stunning and the artwork is even better. I'll be posting some screenshots in the next couple of days.

Get a life you freaking Gamer.....no no, you don't understand, I'm a Gamer, I have many lives!!
What is the lowest resolution the game cane be set to?
Nforce2 mobo
2800+ barton core AMD
1.5 gigs of 400mhz RAM (corsair XMS)
BFG 7800gs OC grafics card
old 80 gig hd
I run JUST FINE I get 30FPS on balanced with some extra goodies turned on in 1280X1024 and it looks killer!
SO Meh!
512mb of ram is a joke for this game, you need a min of 2gig ddr2.
I have
2.6ghz ht
1gig pc 2700 ddr 33mhz
geforce gs7600 256mb card
I get about 5-10 fps in town with setting at the worst, and 20-30 fps in the field. The game is very very skippy, reminds me of swg like problems.
