I would say my funniest game symptom - not really an injury - would be my gamer dreams. When I've been playing games all day and I finally collapse into sleep, I have all sorts of weird dreams including my game experiences.
When I was playing ATITD (A Tale in the Desert), I remember dreaming one night about running across the sand looking for cicadas. There were no buildings. No other people. Just sand. Eventually, I had the thought, "Why don't I wake up and do this, then I can actually progress in ATITD!" So I woke up. And hunted for Cicadas.
When I was playing Final Fantasy 10 (not an MMO, I know) I kept having a dream about a fight I had trouble getting past - the first airship fight, followed by the wedding thing. I kept losing, and every time I would lose it would give me the "game over" screen and I'd wake up. I had to beat that encounter before I could actually get some sleep.

Hehe I remember one time playing onimusha on the xbox. I was at the last level of this minigame to get the best sword in the game, and the last mob killed me. I tried all day to get that sword, and the last easy mob killed me. So in a furious rage (Blood pressure was extremely high) I took my xbox controller and swung it around making it hit the floor, the bloody controller smashed my foot around the 2nd swung. Hurt like hell for the whole day.

Onimusha was made for PS2 only....
lol that's what I was thinking.
I've hurt my hands playing Madden several times...I actually have a picture of myself from a year ago standing in front of my door with a broken playstation 2 controller taped to the door...Bettis decided to break four tackles and make a 70 yard run, outrunning everybody on the COLTS defense...I was so pissed that I squeezed the controler as hard as I could and twisted it in my hands until it broke in two pieces.
Yeah, I get intense about my football video games.

Two years later I got my very own 486 and since then my eyesight must have decreased steadily, now it's 90% decreased and that sucks.
I was too lazy to use my lenses so now I have glasses, had, I had them for three weeks until they got destroyed.
I'm doomed to a life of blindness... Thanks to gaming.
