How big is the beta client really?

Hello. Like everyone else I've been attempting to download the beta client since yesterday. I received beta access for pre-ordering the game. I am also a FilePlanet subscriber and that site says the client is 7 gigs in size. However, I can't download through them, I get an error message every time I try, the Download Manager says "Could not initialize file".
So I logged in through the Sony Station launcher, "consumed" my serial key as they say, and I've been downloading since yesterday. I have slightly over 10 gigs of material already and the "estimated remaining time" keeps spiking, anywhere from 1.5 hours left (as of last night) to about 9 hours as of right now. I am attempting to install the game on a partition that only has about 18 gigs of free space. I thought that would be plenty but now I am not so sure. Can anyone who has the finished file tell me how big the Vanguard folder is on your computer? Thank you in advance.

The client is 20 gigs in size dont think that 18 will handle it there
I didn't delete the file but I wouldn't touch it as of now.
PS dont trust the sony installer times are the suck on that thing; it doesnt know if its comming or going.
Downloaded .zip size from Fileplanet: 6.6 GB
Sizes are according to what Windows says they are.
There was a (roughly) 20 minute patch after installing from the Fileplanet download.
Vanguard appears to use cache files that it builds from the world around your character. Though I don't know for sure it seems to reason that these cache files could consume a fair amount of space as well. I doubt that an 18 GB partition will be enough space for V:SoH.

Note: The original downloaded files (the .zip and the install files from Fileplanet) have been deleted and the game runs. That space can be reclaimed.
