Is it me or is everyone having this problem?

I can't read jack, & I have the english version, the only thing I can read is the names. Everything else is like |||erdf| blah blah, just a few letters then crap.

is it me or is that the way it's supposed to be?

(yeah I know it's a korean / asian game.)
