game crashes on start

Deciced to upgrade my everquest 2 account to station access so ic an play this also so i redownloaded it from direct2drive where i bought it from and after that 3hour update on 2 different computers all it does is

press the play button

screen goes black

then the client crashes

any ideas?

just an update

I had to download the trial

put in my account

and had a very long 8hour update

works fine now



wish it would have download faster i got very fast FIOS connection
