Ideas for an expansion!

Ok I know you guys have probably have seen this post before, but I was thinking it would be nice to hear more ideas on an expansion! New jobs, new areas, and maybe even new races . Whats your ideas?

PvP would have to be my first idea and some more jobs and not just advanced jobs it would be nice to have a better selection of basic jobs for newbs and if people would like to start a new character.

More zones is always nice and more items more items more items. If they could also incorporate something with dying armor so we aren't all running around looking like everyone else.

Onion knight, blue mage, and Alchemist...Alchemist is like a Ninja, Onion Knight is like a Warrior except for berserking and bluemage has the classic B.mage style.

If alchemist is just like ninja, and onion knight is just like warrior (warriors can go berserk), then why would they add them? Anyway, I'd love to see blue mage. I want whips!

The alch creates poisons and damage dealing liquid in jars and stat buff brews... has to hunt for certain recipies...Onion knight is a high Dex/str, low defence, vit.

 The lack of characters,jobs ect. Is not what bothers me. It's the fact that players have no control over the game.

 We need to have huge PvP battles nation vs. nation and get the community in the game more involved. It feels like it's a single player game all over again.

 I know there is already said to be PvP. But it's going to be a huge let down with only dueling is my guess.

I agree nation vs. nation would be really but, if they had it similiar to the RvR in DAoC then would you have to be level 75 in order to do it? If so that would suck because I love FFXI very much but to get to level 75 would take a lot of time. Also I have a friend and we are both around level 30 but from different nations if they had a Party vs. Party thing I think I would like that better.

Dear Lord, people. A press release from a LONG while back already stated that the PvP will be conquest based and in burning cirlces with groups of three or six. That means it wouldn't be dueling and conquest = nation vs. nation in some way.

Just so you know I have read that press release but it did not explain whether it would be in an expansion or downloaded and also it never said when. Do you know when? because I would like to know.

Well, I do know that they are planning on releasing another expansion, but I don't know if PvP will be included in it, or if PvP will come in a download before they release it.

There was a dev interview in a japanese magazine, they said that the next expansion will be released near the end of the year, and there's going to be a ton of new content. The one i'm really interested in is that they are going to give dark knights the ability to summon a demon.
