Well Peacebring starts with Fly so can get around easy, but both have squid form option at lv 6 which has fly. For teaming I'd prob say Warshade as he'll be geting TP friend free later on, forget which lv that is though.
Both have blaster style powers in Human form, and squid, both have Tank forms at lv 20.
PB Pets are dumb as dirt, Heard the one for WS human form is decent though. So what little I have played seems WS is a lil more group friendly.

Just to warn ya, Warshade pets can get a little knockback heavy. And not all groups appreciate this. Though its still better than the stupid ass pb pets.  The pb's tank form has a Knockdown attack that helps with tanking.

I'd say it depends how you play, build either epic AT.

Peacebringers are slightly more offensive (not much), while Warshade are slightly more "controllers" (not much).

The main difference is the TP vs FLY abilities they get, the Peacebringers has an easier time moving around while the warshade can TP friends.

Gotta say I didn't enjoy either all that much after the novelty factor wore off. The forms are a total drag - you become reduced to just 4 or 5 powers, and I like a bit more variety. Add the fact that you have to switch back to human form to activate click powers...

With each patch the difference between the two changes. Mostly they have roughly equivalent powers, with certain differences - eg. WS's disorient is a cone, PB's is a pbaoe.Once upon a time I'd have said the pets back when WS's could have up to 3 out at a time. Now I'd probably say it's the heal - WS's have a vampiric self-heal. PB's have a self-heal and when in human form have a single target heal-other. That's actually quite handy when teaming - lots of times when being able to turn into an empath for 10 seconds can really turn the tide. WS's get a stealth & PB's don't.

Transport is no big deal. They both have travel powers from level 1. As a WS from levels 10-14 in the Hollows you'll be popular (with the WS equivalent of recall friend). But after that it doesn't make much difference.

I reckon the main difference is heal-other v stealth.

I also believe that most Warshade powers have a slow component while Peacebringer powers have -defense.  Plus the Warshade is negative energy and Peacebringer is energy.   Overall I'd say the differences are rather minor so it comes down to personal preference on what looks best to you.

The peacebringer doesn't need hiding power, he has the "other dimension + fly" power, so yes, mobs see you and they shot, in the wall behind you since they can't hit you.

If you ain't in our dimension, your are rather safe, been visible or not is irrelevant, and you fly quite fast...hehe.

warshades are quite a bit more powerful then peacebringers...pretty much just for the fact that neither has much in the way of status protection, but that matters less for the warshade since they aren't designed to be in your face, close, combat warriors like Peace bringers.

The exception being if you plan to focus on the lobster form. The peace bringer pretty much can heal at will in the loster form.
