Who are we?
We were formed by a group of friends who had played together in various other MMO's - EverQuest 1 and 2, Dark Age of Camelot, World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons Online, and Asheron's Call. While many of us were what you could consider 'top players' and 'hardcore' gamers in our previous games and guilds, we're looking for a more laid back experience in Vanguard. As such, if you intend to join us, don't expect a guild raid every night from 7PM EST until 2 or 3AM - we aren't here for that.
What we are here for, however, is a fun and enjoyable experience. One night, fun to us might be grouping up and heading into a dungeon for a few hours, another night it might be big, all spots filled raid. And yet another night, it might be kicking it in Tanvu nearly the House of Whispers, egging on young diplomats with taunts of "Who'd you poison tonight?" or "Cat got yer tongue?". Whatever we happen to be doing - we'll be having fun doing it, you can bank on that.
I should warn you though... 'fun' and 'enjoyable' do NOT mean a family oriented guild, with us! Some of our chatter - in both VoIP and guild chatter - could be termed as rated R or even X. Some of it is "just plain wrong". Sometimes it wanders into politics and religion, and trust me when I say these are no holds barred discussions - we will and do trash ideals that we feel are shoddy or just plain wrong, or debate things that we disagree on. We feel no need to watch our tongues (or fingers, as it may) among friends.
Leadership
Currently, leadership consists of the guild leader (Imrielle) and an officer (Bhaang). We're too small at the moment to clutter our roster up with more officers than we need.
Voice Chat
The guild will have voice chat. It will not be mandatory that you participate in it.
