Router problems?

Anyone is having router or modem problems ?
I can login i can play , can buy/sell ,talk to npcs , read the chat or kill monsters but i can`t see other players moving around i see the player stuck and they don't move.

I read oficial forum at RYL web and found guys with same problem but without solutions .

What ports use this game ?

Anyone have the same problem (other player are stuck and don't move)?

Yes I have the same problem, tried opening ports 2000-4000 as was stated in some faq somewhere, but it did not help.

I'm having the same problem and I think it has something to do with my router too because I played at my brother's house who does not have a router and it worked fine.  I tried opening up all ports, disabled firewall, the whole nine and nothing.  Please someone help us out, we'd all like to play and it's much more fun when other people move.
