I went away from this game for over a year, came back, leveled up a palidan and started to grind honor to be geared for BC on another server than my old main....
Anyways, the game has been really "dumbed" down, more safe areas and the CM's have turned into trolls.
I started to read up on every blue response and every single post critizing balance between classes, blizzard or their CM's (which most are doing a horrid job, before they actually were helpful, now they're all in a defensive stance.) get's locked and no constructive response from the CM's other than they pick out a line from an entire post which show bias, which most players are, because their complains are based on their experience aswell as an objective view.
It's unbelieavable how the CM's troll, they attack the invidual poster by demeaning their intelligence, grammar and any complaints whilst they also tend to just post an off-topic reply to a thread.
The worst I've seen is the CM on the warrior board, he's the biggest troll ever on the boards and he's arrogance is like a little spoiled brat.
The support has just gone down the drain aswell as the game.
So I quit, makes me sick how they neglect their customers, I even paid for the expansion already which was a big mistake.
The most disturbing thing is when I wanted my account banned I was qouting "explicit horror stories", etc and venting about their support and how they handle their customers in general so I would get banned, guess what? They called the police and told them that I had a corpse in my home and the police showed up.
I've met the officer before who came to my home and he found it rather 'fucked up' that they would call in such a thing and they had to do a quick search because of the seriousness of the allegations.
No where did I mention that I had a corpse in my home, so now I'm thinking of sueing them, what can I sue them for? Slander? There must be a worse charge than that.
All I can say, Blizzard don't care about the invidual customer, they know they have their finances set with the masses whom pay for their product so they can do whatever... Atleast that's how they conduct business, like anyother company of their stature, greed is win ala SOE.
