OMG THE PATCH!

in Final Fantasy XI
Holy Cr*p i just say, started FF XI and it start downloading patch and guess what, time remaining......... 5! 5 freaking hours man.



someone knows if there is a place where i can download the patch myself and apply it? this is going waaaay to slow hehe.



PLZ HELP!

    Hey at leasat when this download patch is done all teh others are small and over in a few mins

    Word of advise, make sure you note down your POL Id somewhere

    I was silly enough to forget and when i had to re-install it took me ages to get my POL id correct

    I just opened up my new Dungeons and Dragons Animated series box set, and been working through each episode while I waited.. Think I got half way through a disk! lol!  God I love that cartoon!

    yea games that have been around awhile with big expansions which need big patches take a long time.  This isn't the only game that you would need to patch for many hours if you installed it fresh now
