This game has the worse customer service ingame ever!

I tried calling about a character issue i had. It was an obvious quest bug. took me 3 weeks before i even got a GM in game to send me a tell. I had to explain the game emchanics to him and what i had done to bug my quest. He said I need to look into that and get back with you. Before i even could repsond he logged off. 2 weeks later he sends me a tell and then asks me to restart the quest. They are working to resolve the issue and No estimated time till its fixed. SO I hafta start the quest all over. 5 weeks! I made at least one subscription renewal in that time!
I even called and over the phone they told me i had to wait for a response in game. They wont even let you talk to a supervisor and i told the lady nicely i was having trouble understand her with her asian accent. could i get someone else that spoke english a little better. She still refused to forward me. ( did i mention i was on hold for 15 minutes before they answered )
Now i get a letter in my email saying i used an in game exploit by pulling a mob with my pet. apparantly someone petitioned me for grabbing a named with my pet before they could engaged it. SO SOE gave me a 7 day suspension claiming pet pulling is an exploit...... wow 2 years of doing this. I am one hell of an Exploiter..........
ANyhow 7 days is up and my account is still suspended. I call Customer service. they tell me i have a 7 day suspension starting on the 1/2/07 hmmmm math tells me its been 8 days.... Well apparently the CS can not comment on that. AND he can not forward me to a supervisor or any other type of CS rep. He cant even help me cancel my subscription (imagine that). He cant even tell me why what i did was an exploit. He says i need to ask a GM but i can only do that in game once my accuont is unsuspended.......
DId i mention i was suspended on station access too from all the games?
Did i also mention i have had a current SOE subscription since 2/98 starting with eq1 and just adding games. You would think a loyal customer would mean something.....LOL
So guess i need to look into wow or something..... can only do one thng really and take my money elsewhere. maybe they will listen to that??

AO man I recently decided to create a new account because my old account from eons ago was lost, a gm teleported welcomed me and asked if I had any questions about the game in about an hour from joining. I told her I was a returning player and she wished me well and then went elsewhere. Mow if that isn't service! I don't know what is!

I only had good experiences with SoE CS, but that is pre-2003 and they where not perfect either. They where unable to restore a character my friend has deleted on his account, and this is something I keep in my books of grudges personnally.
NCsoft for CoH was always perfect, but slow...yet...not THAT slow as you are referring. They lay off most of their staff recently so I have no idea what it will turn to be if I require further assistance from their CS. I always got the feeling that at NCsoft, they solve the issue on day 1 of my request, but put a delay for the fun of showing me they do me a favor when I need their help, kinda crazy I know, but that is still the feeling I got!

The OP is mad cause he did something wrong and got caught. I doubt it is the pet pulling that is the actual offense, but harassing other players by letting them clear the way then sending his pet in to engage the named or something of this nature. If he got banned he probably already had some black marks on his account.
Strange on the boards eveyone gets banned for no valid reason, I know a lot of players and I know several who have been banned and each time when I talked to them they knew exactly what they did and why they were banned even if they might not admit it in public...
It's weird, the CSRs at SOE. sometimes shit like this happens, sometimes it's great.
I had an issue ingame with a quest, posted a petition, 10 minutes later is was fixed!
But there are other examples that didn't go so smoothly....
Now, don't bother with an email. Go to the online chat and talk with an SOE CSR. Just go to everquest2.com, then click on the help button on the top right hand side of the page, click on Everquest 2, then click on the chat tab and you'll go straight to an online rep that you can talk to immediately instead of waiting for days to get a reply.
