Is there some way to move the "Current Forum Activity" panel to an RSS feed so I can keep up with posts without having to have FireFox open?  It's the panel about half way down that refreshes every 10 seconds. Thanks

    There is a longer version right here in the forums.  If you click the little magnifying glass on the left you will see one that shows the last 40 posts
