I know this has been done before but i'm just interested in the changes since these latest patches lol.
I think for me it goes:
1.Priest (Always loved the diversity you have where you can always get in a raid through Holy and be great at PVP with Shadow)
2.Druid (Loved all the different shapeshifts and with Flight form coming it'll be even better + mangle owns)
3.Warlock (Love all the DoTs and FEAR, it's like a full time shadow priest with more spells for combat rather than healing)
4.Shaman (Used to love this class but hacvn't played it in awhile, it's very fun and pretty diverse and love the Crits)
5.Rogue (It's fun, but more of a 1 trick pony for me. Though in TBC the shadow cloak looks exciting + they're everywhere)
6.Paladin (While they don't seem to die and can stunlock, i just find them soo boring to play)
7.Mage (They seem gimped to me, i find the boring)
8.Hunter (I hate them because they're everywhere, soo unbalanced right now and just boring)
9.Warrior (The only class i've never played, it just wont appeal to me and they don't have any cool spells)
Comments
Personally I like warriors.
They are always needed in groups, plus you can solo pretty easy. I take up Herbalism and Alchemy for the potions. Has saved my arse a few times. Armor looks good and you can master all the weapons, and hit the need button more.
You also do some serious damage if played right.
My main char is an Orc Warlock but my favorite is Warrior, the big ones orcs and tauren... i'm so jealous when i saw their huge swords/axes and their awesome shoulders I dont care about what they have or what not they are beautiful, and that's why they are the no1 for me.
Have always enjoyed my rogue first and foremost as they are good solo chars and mainly because i like the whole 'sneaking around in shadows' persona
I will admit that i started a Shamen a little while ago and have been enjoying that over the last few weeks, although i may well trade him in for an allience Shamen now with the release of BC.
It must be Thursday, i never could get the hang of Thursdays.
I have always played a rouge, both as an Alliance and a Horde, but that is just because I enjoy soloing. I see rouges as one-man-armies, since we have no buffs for others, and we have lots of abilities. If a rouge is played well, it can be a good carracter, no matter the gear. The gear is just a bonus, so that there is no need for using all your CD, which is the trick with rouges.
I don't doubt that you have, but your gear is probably a lot better than my Mage's.
1. Druid (63% travelform! Hit and run has never been better)
No other class can even come up on the top list. Shadow priests got on 500th place on a 500 top list. Druids 499 first, and shadow priest 500th. THe rest classes wasn't needed.
2. Warlock (easy mode)
3. Druid (I love my 49 oomkin so much, fun to play, fun to have lots of people underestimate you.)
4. Priest (Discipline = ownage, you will NEVER die.)
5. Mage (Most powerful class 1 on 1, and in stick spots you aoe freeze)
6. Warrior(I got mine to 60, limited play style.)
7. Shaman(Never played one, but they look like a 3 button class)
8. Paladin(Also, 3 button class but more pesky.)
9. ROGUES! (I hate rogues, they bring out the worst in this game. Noobs pick them, manage to find another noob because rogues are overplayed, and they both attack you at the same time. Twinks pick them as an easy kill class. And my experience with them, is that they never fight alone.)
Well personaly i think that paladins are great to play.
Expecialy when u are new in the game. U can deal a lot of damage and also heal yourself and your party members.
Also a paladin can handle a lot of wepons so u can make some suprises for your enemys.
2) Hunter - easy to be good, easy to be great, easy even to be overpowered - but extremely hard to use to it's fullest capabilities.
3) Mage - i am an ice mage at heart, CC is too much fun.
4) Druid - perhapse the most underapreciated class in the game, like hunter VERY hard to use to it's fullest.
5) Paladin - THE most misunderstood class in the game.
6) Rogue - simple but complex at the same time, i appreciate a community who takes as much pride in 1v1 as them
7) Shaman - ineffecient heals, inefficient sustained dps and ineffecient buffs still doesn't put this class at #9 for me.
9) Warrior - i've tried to get into it many times, but i'm just glad that i don't have to tank
10) Warlock - there is a reason why felguards and viod walkers were at the top of the WoW NPC kill board against players.

The Aphelion MMO Blog - GW2 Initial Impressions
Since 2.1 patch Druid have been easy to use
Just use Mangle and u win, even against warlocks lol, if you have purples then its GOD MODE.
Im a true rogue lover
-i like to slip back in the shadows and relax if a situation gets out of control
-im more the explorer type having a rogue enables me to visit places no other class could survive
alone
-and also very important: my rouge does not depent so much on equipment
i dont want to run instances over and over for some ubber loot
and therefore have only blue/green equipment (besides my pvp weapon)
having a rogue enables me to win just couse i can play my character
without need to rely on my equipment
thats why i love the class so much
2.place would be warrior (just for the style / but wouldnt play the class ^^ )
3. druid/shaman (couse of stealth / waterform / travel form)
4. Hunter ( farming mobs was never easier)
5.Warlock ( the class for the sadistic players
6.Priest ( its nice havin one in the party but i dont want to play the heal slave)
7.paladin (i hate them they just cant die like every other normal person :P )
Pi*1337/100 = 42
Here is my ranking:
1> Rogue
2> Warlock
3> Priest
4> Paladin
(not played any other classes)
1: Hunter - When played properly, they can be brutal, and they take a lot more skill than most people think to actually play them properly. Unfortunately, most people who play Hunter's just sit there like a lump and have no clue what they are doing. Even more unfortunately, Hunter's are popular and a lot of idiots play them and give us good Hunters a bad name *sad*
2: Warlock - I just love black magic, and I still get to have a pet. I love pets DoT's are also my favorite type of spell. Like the Hunter, they are hard as hell to play well, but once you know what your doing...you can rip things to shreds.
3: Paladin - I like the idea of Paladin's in general, being the holy warrior is fun. Pretty much like Hunter and Warlock also, they are easy to play, but hard to really master. Knowing how to juggle between all the buffs takes a ton of practice, and now that hoarde has them, I fully plan on learning how to master Paladins.
4: Shaman
5: Mage
6: Priest
7: Warrior
8: Rogue
9: Druids
I don't really care enough about 4-9 to make any real comments about them, but those would be my top classes
Theres another name for that :P Called overpowered lol.
Stance dancing was unfun too, just because it looked unnatural. And with global cooldowns and weapon swap cooldowns, Warriors were less work and more gimp.
Ah well, maybe a Druid next time?
1. Druid: So versatile, I never get bored, and one of the hardest classes to master. Feral FTW!
2. Paladin: Took awhile, but the class has grown on me. PvP and PvE, these guys are kings.
3. Shaman: Great support class and depending on spec can easily fill any hole.
4. Hunter: Fun to play, but every server has like 600 of them. And most farmers use them as well.
5. Rogue: Stealth, stab, stab, gouge, finish. Need I say more?
The other classes I haven't played so I realy can't make an informed comment. I try to stay from 'squishies'.
I've got three warriors, one for each spec (arms, fury, defense). I also favor shamans.....but I hate rogues and priests, I lack the patience for either. I'd put hunters at third, but not as fun to play, alas, though I like the pets and the ranged superiority.

1. Hunter: What can i say they pwn most ppl
2. Warlock: they curse so much that its not even funny. plus a minion they a serious class.
3. Druid: well they transform and have deacent magic so i like em!
4. Warrior: i have three. there not so good at beginning sometimes die alot if ur not careful
Theres another name for that :P Called overpowered lol.
If you consider being relegated to heal / buffbot status all that, then yes pre BC Paladin's were overpowered.
