Need advice from dedicated WoW player....

I need to know if my Dell Inspirion laptop is compatible with a video card that would work with WoW and where I could find it.

    I play on a Dell Inspiron with an NVidia card (can't remember which and am at work) with 128megs of video memory, and WoW runs like a dream.  The haters can say what they want, but I think a big reason WoW has the numbers is that you can play it on a box that didn't cost several thousand dollars to build.
