UO free servers... What IF... ???

What if the UO free server that you speak against posting about has a website stating that their UO server is 100% legal and uses open source uo code that is made free and open for public use? I have seen this on atleast one Ultima Online free server. I am assuming that this is still bannable. Staff? I can PM you further details if need be.

Further more, please delete this thread/post if neccesary, but I honestly feel that this is a valid question and others may wonder as well if they too notice what I have seen. If I didn't honestly feel that this was a valid question, then I wouldn't have posted it or therefore risked my mmorpg.com account.
