I played SoG but gave up due to down time. Came back to this forum to have a look at what was going on now, and oh boy i had no idea how insane things have gotten.


Farlen seemed so legit, i guess not.


I thought SOE were bad, but they just got blown outta the water.


Sheesh, i feel bad for you guys who got the pioneer account and such...

    Agree. Even though I was a pioneer, I cancelled and banned Farlan through my Credit Card company when I first refunded so I havent had any problems. A friend of our group however got the small straw and stayed for awhile -- wanting to see the "promises" come forth -- he stayed until the freebie period was over as nothing had changed and was only actually able to play about 5 days outta the month anyway. He was charged the extra fees and continues to get "you owe us " emails although he too cancelled and banned Farlan and C&B from charging his account.

    As we can see a new round of shill topics coming on this site and the dissing this site commentary along with their sales pitches, be prepared to see more ppl disgusted by Farlan.

    Popcorn anyone?

    I just don't get it. If this game has so many problems and horrible ones that are straight up company related it seems and not just game related why is it and the the likes of Horizons still listed on this site and advertised?

     To my knowledge,a game only gets removed if its dead, or if makes trouble with MMORPG.COM



    I don't understand why people still play and even pay for this. People who play this should get some damn self respect as a customer.

    I think a site mod once indicated that they keep games like this listed here as a warning to others, so people can see and talk about just how bad they are.

    That's the point I would have made.

    mmorpg.com is a fantastic repository of other players' experiences. I wouldn't even dream of spending a cent on an mmo before coming to a site like this and checking it out.
