having problems with COH site?

in City of Heroes
For some odd reason I cannot access the site, anyone else having problems?

    I've been having no troubles at all accessing it.

    I'm having problems too... with no answers or solutions either.

    Dunno if using I.E., Win XP. Home, or having a router is one or any of the probs but this is the only website that exists that I can't connect to... *shrugs*

                     What exactly is it saying? Might be able to help you out.......had it happen to me before. Could be that you dont have proper authorization to server yet. DOH......sorry thought you were talking about getting connected to beta site image sorry image

    Well... if you wanna help, if you could get the webadmin's email... or tech support, or forum helpers in troubleshooting that'd be peachy... or post our problem in the sites forums... seeing how we that are having this type of problem can't contact anyone related to the game... that'd be peachy. ^_^ thanks.

    I don't see any email addresses listed for tech support or anything anywhere, guess they expect everyone to use the form above. Dunno if this will help any at all if you can't get to the main site prolly can't get to the subsites, but I seem to be having no rpoblem and I use Mozilla, I tend to have problems more than most people.

    When trying to connect to www.cityofheroes.com I get this...

    When trying to connect to www.coh.com I get this...

    http://search.msn.com/dnserror.aspx?FORM=DNSAS&q=www.coh.com

    I just downloaded mozilla 1.6 to test it out, and this is what I get...

    Alert: The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.cityofheroes.com

     

    I tried both of those links and for "me" after about 2 minutes all that came up was a blank black page. *shrugs*

    and it connected just fine. I'm using Opera

    Well just because of blatant curiosity I went ahead and completely wiped my hard drive, and did a fresh install of Win XP. I still can not access it. *shrugs* Gotta sleep on this *sigh*

    Just got done tweaking around with my connections... the problem is my wireless router. Problem is I'm very n00b with networking crap and not sure what the exact problem is...

    I went ahead and connected straight into my cable modem to test it out and can now goto the website, however I need my wireless network back up.

    It's a Linksys 2.4 GHz Wireless-G.

    So now that I've narrowed down the problem if any of you guys happen to know why my router and the cityofheroes.com website hate eachother again I would be greatful. :)

    I was going to say with such a SMALL percentage of people having problems with the site the problem almost had to be on your end. As for the wireless router being the problem I dunno, I have a wireless router myself and have no problem. I've been looking around at different settings and stuff but can't find anything which might be causeing it unless in your internet options you have it listed as an unsafe or blocked site...
