Nope. It's Ultima 10: Odyssey or Ultima X: Odyssey not Ultima Online X.
Ultima 10: Odyssey has nothing to do and is not related or even a part 2 or continuation of Ultima Online.
Ultima X: Odyssey as the name suggest is the continuation of the Single-Player #1 PC RPG of all time "Ultima 0 to Ultima 9: Ascension".
The continuation and/or part 2 of Ultima Online has been dropped by EA because they think that it's a bad idea to compete at one's own game ie UO vs UO2. Now EA is creating U10:O or UXO to compete with UO, so they also ended up with UO vs UXO (stupid).
The official title of UO2 is Ultima Worlds Online: Origins or UWO:O.
