What are the pk'd-dropped-items rules on the pvp servers?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Has that information been released as of yet?  If so, what are the rules?   Do pk'd players drop equipped items, items in their inventory, or such?  I can't find that information.  Will those rules be different on the free-for-all server(s) than the race-war servers(s)?  Thanks.

    As far as I know there is no PvP looting of any description.
