I want something that won't require much time. I've been looking into vbulletin software, how is vbulletin?

    I don't know what you're talking about when it comes to vbulletin, but with a few minutes of research, and a free download, you can make your own webpages with a program called "Arachnophilia". atahe html tags are color coded so you know you've closed them. It also can create tags for you, and makes making a webpage pretty easy

    Yes, you can make a page like that. But for the love of all thats good and holy, learn some html. Its a good thing to learn, in case your webshell messes up. Then you know what went wrong, and why.

    I have a little knowledge on html, and can make a decent site. Do yourself a favor, and pop in "html tutorial" on google, and look some stuff up.
