If Blizzard keeps up their crappy service Im VSOH for sure!

Im getting very tired of the crappy customer service and real lack of support offered by Blizzards WoW game. Its gone far too far now I feel. If you log into there servers they are crashing left and right. Also they are all label medium now and some are locked or just offline crashed. CM's on the forums refuse to awnser questions or give any sort of feedback. They released new realms on launch day and all were physically located in east. Alot of people on the WoW forums are saying they are moving over here. Im very much looking in the same direction. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm actually having a pretty good time of it atm. Can't really speculate as to your customer service problems but I haven't been inconvienced to badly by them. I even had a free character transfer from a crowded server to a new server. But I've never played a MMO that didn't have some sort of server problems especially with new expansions  being added. They go up they go down for about a week after new content has been added.  I don't like it either but that's just the way it is.

Now as for Vanguard I can't see myself leaving WOW to come over to play  VG. It really just didn't appeal to me from my long days of beta testing it. And it had nothing to do with an inferior pc. From the unispiring opening theme along with the  game play and immersion factor  it  just felt for me.. well blah.

I'm really not sure what your talking about.  The servers I play on and most of the ones I've heard about have been very stables since the release of the Burning Crusades.  The couple of tickets I've had to put in due to bugged quests have been responded to very quickly and courteously by the Blizzard staff.

This is just another WoW vs. Vanguard bashing post.

Wish people would stop saying crap about WoW and just enjoy their Vanguard experience.  That game should do fine on it's own merits.

P.S. I read the forums a lot and I'm not seeing "A lot of people" moving to Vanguard.  There's some malcontents but you get that in every game.

Let's hope Sigil has a pleasant in-game customer service experience like they promise. But I think they will, they aim to please (as it seems so far). Thank the maker SOE is not handling in-game CS. But they aren't half bad when it comes to tech-support, at least in my experience.

Boy are you in for a rude awakening :P Sony's CS makes Blizzard look like the gods of high quality CS.

I think blizzard is a victim of there own success they have 8 million players and it seems no matter what they do half of them are pissed and the other half love it. They would need a army to have good custumer support lol

hehehe, i remember playing WoW when they put in the super awesome global server chat. I quit during that time because I was already a little bored, and then not playing for a week I just never came back... I don't think any subscriber loss will even effect the game personally. I still love blizzard though, they are still putting out new patches for Warcraft 3 all these years later.
