hey uhm..since you've had a preview of the game I'd like to ask about the job classes of every race maybe u could give us a bit of an overview of what each job can do?
specifically the priest of the wings race, I'd like to ask if they can stand on their own? or are they like other support chars (like RO's priest)? I hope u can answer my question...thanks a lot

Well I havent tried all the classes or all the races in the game or gotten to far, but I do know that the classes for human are mainly split in to warrior or mage .Warrior can varry in weapon depending on what you like, sword, spear, ax/hammer or fist. Although you wont see any variation in skills until level 29 as thats when the skill tree start to split depending on which weapon your using. Mages are very powerful, and can do soloing very well by themselves, but that can go for any class as far as I can see for now, as you can gain lvl's easily by doing quests as the exp rewards are pretty big.
As race are concerned their are only few differences. Humans of course are pretty normal with the only special ability to jump or double jump. While the Winged people can fly and the animal like race people can transform in to their specific animal.
But yeah thats as much as I know until I get further in to the game, also humans arent limited to just jumping as you can obtain pets that can fly to fly you or magical flying objects to let you fly, but same goes for the winged ppl and animal ppl, winged ppl can fly with wings in the start of the game so they dont really need to obtain anything special to start flying, while humans and the animal ppl do.
I did play as the winged ppl with one of my character going with the class of soldier, which uses the bow or crossbow, But I didnt like it too much cause the attack of that class was weak compare to others but you get a long range for advantage so yeah. I havent explored too much in to the other class yet or the animal people race, but I will soon once I have I'll keep you up to date about it.
But yeah seriously I'll look more in to it, as my main character is a human swordsman.

I have downloaded the chinese version of Perfect World. It was working perfectly and I was enjoying it, but there was an ominous countdown displayed in the character selection screen, which gave me 10 hours of time. Well, after a couple days, such 10 hours of play time have expired and so I was suddenly logged off from the game. A whole day has passed since then, and it still won't let me log in anymore!!
I can log in if I switch server, but not only I have to restart from zero with a new character, but the ominous countdown giving me 10 hours of playtime still reappears.
I don't think this is an IP problem as I have never heard of IP blocking that allows some game time before logging you off, so I think this is another problem which could be solved if only I could read what it was about.
PLEASE!! Has someone had my same problem?? Can someone tell me how to log in again and/or how to make that countdown disappear???? >.<

hey thanks for the info on the wings priest...uhm...do you mean that u have offensive skills that allow u to level alone? and does ur char have bufs of its own? maybe u could give me an insight of what the chars like..im really curious about it hehe...i know its quite a lot..sorry...hehe....i just find this race/job very interesting....lolz

cool....an fs character that can stand on its own in pvp....something I havnt seen for quite sometime (the last tym was RO's Unorthodox battle priests which are quite extinct nowadays lolz )
So, no one is gonna tell me if this game is Pay-To-Play and that would be the reason because it stops after 10 hours? Besides, I didn't see any billing advice in the chinese website (from the little that I could understand).

Seems that only the yokai/yousei class is gender-specific. Basically, only female beast-humans can be the tamer class and only male beast-humans can be their warrior class. However, elves and humans don't have gender-specific professions. (Thankfully. I was already pissed off enough that only female anthrobeast can be sexy and with kitty ears.)

I am not considering playing this game on its vietnamese or philipine version, although it could be good to give it a try.
I am really excited about it's features, as it seems to be a very ambitious game: flying, good graphics, crafting, pets, riddable mounts (even for 2 people!) territorial battles... and a GREAT deal of customization for your avatar! Finally someone decides to give character customization the attention I consider it requires. The downside is I think I don't like the mob designs I've seen so far.
Can't wait for the english international version (european/american) to be announced. As soon as someone gets any info, let us know.

i agree with u. i wont go testing the phillipine version neither. i consider as an english version the (Americian/european) one will be better .
i think they didnt release at america first coz they try to give west game community a perfect english version.
and if i would had a test , i'd rather go chinese version. coz i can read chinese. xD>....
btw i have uploaded 164 in-game ss including ride, combat, interaction, fashion, equipment, flying and lots landscape for those who love this game and cant read chinese. i found them from chinese web site. wish u like it . and those pic can give u a nice first impression of Perfect World.

yes there is. and in my view its better than wow . i guess u will agree with me if u know more about this game ^_^ . it almost include every MMO elements as we known by now.
and especially . i will post some vid later for u favourite class archer . i guess u will like it.
LUG-PH is trying to get an ip block into the game after closed beta and they don't allow foreigners in cb anyway, but it hasn't been decided yet, as in they don't know for sure if it will get implemented in time for open beta, but they're trying to do just that.

Yes they will translate it ! They are just in the process of readying the chinese version of the site, after that they will make the english version of it. At the moment they still aim for the May regarding english CBT (the english part of the malaysian forum is already up and running - thats where i got the infos)! So all looks good so far. Hopefully the pings will be ok...
BTW the Malaysian are VERY open to foreign players, and they really want us to come to them.
I still think if they would finally start advertising this game in the western market they would soon get many many people who want to play try this awesome game. As I did it already all I can say is it will be the first big great MMORPG after WoW (and that is no joke)! Awesome features, very detailed storyline and dedication of the developers to this game... so I am sure that sooner or later we will hear much of Perfect World.

So, I am wondering, what do we know about about Cubizone? are they good publishers? do they have experience with games with complex interaction between players? do they care about item mall balance? this seems to be their first game -i might be mistaken, but it is the only one listed-, and it is not an easy game to deal with, I think. I hope this means they will not make mistakes because of trying to deal with this game as if it was a standard PvE hack&slash only game...
Yep its their first game, so we really have to wait and see how it works out. However we can also ask the Malaysian Admin directly. He is registered on our wiki community forum and seems to be very dedicated to this game as well as to its international success. So if you have any questions you can ask there directly!

One might be worried about this being the debut game of the publisher.
However, there are certain facts that make me feel they may do a very good job. First of all, choosing such a game, which is not 100% your standard PvE hack&slash game, and this shows they want to do something different, well done right from the start. In addition, they seem to really care to build a fanbase. Dual site, meeting the players in the already stablished forums... And as it is their first game, all their resources will be devoted to it.
Anyway, after all, I assume I trust them because I like their philosophy, and the way they behave.
I will give english malaysian version a try for sure.

yes there is. and in my view its better than wow . i guess u will agree with me if u know more about this game ^_^ . it almost include every MMO elements as we known by now.
