Help please! Station access

Hello everyone, i have station access to all the soe games, I used an open beta key from file planet to get into beta for vanguard. Now i need to enter my vanguard pre order key and it wont let me saying i already consumed a key. So now I wont have early access, anyone else have that problem?

There was a post about something similar to this I think on the now closed forums.  Here is what a quick search on an affiliate site brought up:

There is currently an issue when trying to register both a beta key and pre-order key on the same account. Try clearing your cookies and going to the follow link to consume your closed beta key: https://secure.station.sony.com/vang...key_consume.vm.



This solution also applies to those who were in previous beta stages and cannot activate their pre-order key.



Resetting Cookies:



Internet Explorer 6.0:



Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General (usually the first tab) under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Cookies, Click Ok



Firefox 2.0:



Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy, under Private Data click Clear Now, only select cookies in the check box, Click Clear Private Data now.

Just the post I've been looking for.  Thank you posting this!

When I entered my pre-order CD and clicked the consume button, I'd get the mesage that I had consumed a pre-order key, but I never had to enter any numbers.  I patched the game a few minutes ago and logged in to see what would happen and got a message saying I didn't have a valid account.  Of course I'm thinking at this point no headstart for me, but then I found your post, followed the directions, entered my key and when I went back into the game I no longer get the no account message!
