Downloading instead of buying?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

If I was to download the game, how long do you think it would take? (16mbs download speed)

And What happens if I wipe my comp for any reason, can I just re-enter my key and get the game back??

I only ask cus Ive nver downloaded a game before and would like to get on VG now rather then 30th.

    It took me 1 and a half days to download the beta on a 2mb connection. I ahve 2 partions on my hard drive so if i need to wipe windows i won't loose vg on my second partition. Ever do that if you know how or can work out how. Or buy a external hard drive, there pretty cheap. Just make a backup copy onto that from program files / sony.

     

    Vg is pretty big so i wouldn't try putting it onto dvd-rw

    In future, if you need to reinstall just download the free trial, log in with your old name and patch it. Works every time.

    but i guess thats assuming there will be a free trial when i need to re-download??

    I am DLing the game right now from D2D. I have a Normal DL rate of 1 MB a second. The DL is 6764MB! LOL. 3 hours total DL time looks like for me. I would not recomend DLing this one with dial up thats for sure.

    I think thats a 'when the free trial comes' as theres not one yet. Might not be worth pre-ordering anyway if they cant get the servers up
