preorder buff, is it usable on a second char if you delete the original char?

anyone know yet if that pre-order buff that is supposed to be for one char, is one char per server, one char overall or if you give to a char, then decide to delete that char if you can reuse it on a new char that you create?

I have been wondering the same thing myself. I am hoping for some good clairfication on this. It will make a big impact on how I purchase this game. I would like to go ahead and pruchase, but I usally delete a few characters until i get one I like. So if i cannot reuse the buff I might as well wait and see how the launch goes before I try to jump in with tens or hundreds of thousands of people on the same day. CHEERS!

I'd like to know this too... I created my first char but then deleted it because I decided upon a different race. It'd be rediculous if you could only have access to the pre order item on the first char created! Surely you have to do a /claim type thing to claim the scroll?!?!

air', think it's an endurance buff, helps you run like hell when in the brown stuff or something like that. but for some reason they only made it for one char, i remember having the pre-order of throne of destiny for asheron's call and getting 2 items that were very usefull, and you got them for all chars that you had or created not just one



still non the wiser if this can be given to a second char if you delete your first char that had it.  how many people actualy keep their first char? lot of people new to the game might find they dont like their choices on that char and scrap it and start again
