Can I use my beta file?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

I've been patching every day my original beta Vanguard file even though I can't play anymore. I thought when  I get my CD key, I would still use the same file. Is this possible or do I need to unistall it and istall D2D version again? Thanks

    You can use the beta client, only need to update your station account with your new cd key.

    Handy to know. I thought the beat client would be ok. My boxed version should arrive on the 30th or therabouts and would probably take hours just from DVD, plus the additional patching. I've been keeping my beta client current also.
