I agree Flyff is an excellent Free mmorpg an esay learning curve (Mostly point and click) and several ways to level up.
another is GOONZU another that is easy to pick. the learning curve will confusing at first it promotes community as you can gain a mentor to help you level up and the market is controllecd by the players as you can make and sell you loot to others and start your own towns as well as other things.
Anarchy Online is definitely the best free MMO out there. It is the quality of a pay to play because, well, it essentially is a pay to play game. It just has a free option that gives you access to the whole world, minus the areas opened with the exapansions.
Proborally Anarchy Online as many already have said, for newer people, Flyff would proborally be better, but for the little more experienced dont touch it.
So Anarchy Online if your a little more experienced, Flyff if your new.
THE BEST GAME EVER! Was Legends of Kesmai, which EA bought out many years ago. But there is currently private servers up and running. www.lokfreedom.com. If that doesn't make you happy, Try Shadowbane, Knight Online, or F.E.A.R for FPS.
Shadowbane by far. Anarchy Online is cool because im a big scifi buff, but its only purpose is getting 1337 gear. SB has fast leveling(They didnt try to mask the grind with boring and repetitive quests like most mmos) and the best Guild based open PVP. Controls are odd, but whatever.
Knight online is decent too but its a bit stripped down as far as content. I hear pvp is good though.
Im currently playing flyff.... and i found it quite "cute" and was hopping to gain the level 20 to be able to fly... ive reach level 20 and gone flying around... and THAT´S IT! been bored killing 2934847 times the same monster to gain some stuff for the quests... enough... and yeah, it´s really very good for the green and young rpgs fans...
Ive played the free Anarchy Online, was just enough to be there like 20 minutes and found it quite "lost" around the clicks and items... but after reading so much about it, i think im going to delete flyff and give AO a real try.
Knight Online, Hero Online, Rappelz, Thang, Mapple Story (noooooooo!!), all tried but didnt had "that" thing to glue me.... been a mmorpg gamer for a long time, really getting bored, feel like im more a "tryer" then a gamer... always trying games but never had a chance to stick to one good mmorpg...

Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Final Fantasy 7
Anarchy Online is fine for a good SF play but it has a HIGH learning curve but once you get past it it fine..
BUT IT is only free if you only play the CORE came which gives you Shadowlands an notum wars the other EXpansions are P2P and have dunious reviews.
another SF game is Gpotato's Space Cowboy for Air battles and levelling. IF you have a account on any of their games you can play ALL of their games
PS Gpotato kmakes FLyff, and corum
Anarchy Online, playing it again now. Good complexity and I've mostly found the people to be helpful.

Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice.
WWIIOnline The Real War!
