I played WoW for a day and never felt so bored again... might be the best if it's your very first, thus if you're like me who seek something else than a cake-walk kind-off game that is deep and evolving, you'll flee with the tail between your legs...

Eventually it is inevitable that this game will lose it's appeal, or something else will come along that offers the same plus alot more (hoping for the later). Then I will move on. My only hope is that the friends I made in WoW will follow me along to the new MMORPG.
There is no matter of taste regarding the choice of MMORPG. Those who think that delude yourself. It's like claiming chest is simple, boring and repetitive. I'm not comparing chess to WoW. I'm just pointing out that sometimes simple things have plenty of undiscovered depth if you bothered to look for it.
Edit: And no, being the 1st or 10th MMORPG has little to do with liking or disliking a particular MMORPG. If anything else, some of us chose to play WoW exactly due to it's more relaxed nature. Too burned out from the grind fests and the "seriousness" out there I guess.
Never say forever.

hehe i quit WoW a while ago, and i've never had the urge to get back in, i'm sorry to dissapoint you on that
although i'm happy that you've found something to entertain you forever, i know some1 with no attention span at all, i tease her about it, and she comes back at me sayin' she'll never be bored. different strokes for different folks i suppose
I had quit WoW for a few months until TBC came out and all my mates were buying it so I wanted to see what the new content was like, even though my UD Priest is only 52nd level.
I enjoy the game more on a casual basis and exploring the different lands though it can get tedious fighting the same types of mobs all the time (like bears/hyenas/whelps). PvP isn't too inspiring but I enjoy it from time to time, I still think DAoC had the best PvP I've tried and would love it if Blizzard could buy the idea from them for WoW.
I think the main reasons I went back to WoW was for the community and the fact I don't think any current game is better than it. I was disappointed with LotRO, which I think will be another DDO so I'm hoping that the new games like Warhammer or Pirates of the Burning Sea will shake up the MMO market.
