in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Just used the buddy key to activate Vanguard instead of the actual retail key...does this mean I get the 10 days from the buddy key plus 30 days when I activate with the retail key?

    I just spoke to SOE customer support about this through their chat system, and I've been told they do stack so you can get 40 days free this way :P

    TSR Nick M.: You can consume the retail key over that account.

    You: How do I do that?

    TSR Nick M.: Unfortunately, you will lose the 10 days period of buddy key.

    TSR Nick M.: I would suggest you to register the retail key after 10 days, so that you get the benefit of buddy key as well as the retail key.

    TSR Nick M.: You will also get the free 30 days trial after you register the retail key.

    TSR Nick M.: And you need to register the retail key in same you as you have done with buddy key.

    You: So will I be prompted to enter the retail key at the end of the 10 day free trial?

    You: Because the buddy key thing just popped up when I loaded the game client

    Actually they DON't stack.  The retail key will supercede the buddy key.  Which means, if you enter the retail key before the ten day buddy key expires... you will lose any remaining time you may have left on the buddy key.

    Which is why he said "wait ten days to use your 30 day key, and you will get 40 days."
