Is this skill buged?

Im a warrior lvl 11, i have a skill that regures offesive stance, but i havent bin able to use it in battle, when i press it it just get a yellow squar around it and wont activate... called: waylay 1 i could use it to start with, but now i cant, bin going on for like 4 or 3 days now, anyone know if its buged or how to fix it? maybe i do something wrong?

From what I see in the database, it requires an ally to be in a flanking position before you can use it.

Will email the class design folks and suggest that they add that into the description of the ability, assuming that it's intentional

Oh ty very much :-) thats why i thought it was buged, as it said nothing about that in the skill box...
