Just checked and I guess they moved the Service Pack release date. It now reads:

Windows Vista SP1 is expected to be released in Q4 alongside Windows Server Longhorn. SP1 is expected to feature a number of enhancements as well as security updates, and will be based on the Windows Server Longhorn code. Enhancements include the support for UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface), which will replace the current BIOS architecture of new PCs.

I'll need to read about UEFI. I'm not sure how they are going to do that without the hardware manufacturers buy-in.

That information is ages old. Not only has the new OS not been called Longhorn in over a year, but its refering to Q4 2006, back before Vista was delayed from Q3 2006 to January 30th.

The new server os is still called longhorn Its a code name, just as it was the code name for the new OS in its infancy before it was crowned "Vista". The new server os is still a year + away, and will probably be donned "Windows Server 200x" , just as "Windows Server 2003" was not called "Windows Server XP".

Yes, it's a code name because it's not released yet, hence, it's still called Longhorn. If you read the first line in my post:

Since they don't have a name for the OS Server yet, since it may be 2007 or 2008, it's still referred to as Longhorn. Your comment of that information being "ages old" is ridiculous since how could information about a Service Pack for an OS released last week be "ages old"?
