Missive boards?

Has anyone found these or can anyone post a screenshot of what they look like?

OK... I finally found one.  Outside the bank in Ca'ial Brael but I cant seem to get it to work.  Mousing over it, highlights it but nothing happens when I click.   Is there something I need to do before I can use them?  Or is this one just not functioning yet?



Does anyone know of a working missive board?

Yeah, there's one in 3 Rivers Village.  The first time I clicked on it, it had 5 or 6 missions.  When I came back later it was empty though, so I don't know how or how often it's populated.

For those who dont know what a Missive Board is it is a Set of Bulletin Boards around a pole that can be found in the starting cities and some outposts. The ones in the starting cities dont seem to be working yet or they may be for later content. I have started working one from around level 9 and it was in the 3 or 4 sector out from the starting city.

One thing I have learned though is dont start to turn in missives until you have collected 10 missives. That is when you get the good armour or weapons. 1 - 5 missives really only gets you low level stuff like potions.

  I learned that the hard way. I turned in five missives and got some cruddy 1-use magic item.



The job posting box is a good idea, but they need to add more quests. The reason I turned in five quests instead of waiting for 10 was because there were only a total of five quests available, and I didn't want to repeat quests *yawn*.

I must have overlooked these, where are they? Is there one in the city of Tanvu?

I think you need a certain lvl to be able to use them.

Im gonna check outside the bank in tanvu then, im lvl 12 palli now, are these comparable to running missions from job terminals in swg? That be sweet, i liked those, get credits, xp, loot all in one shot.
