I have a similar system to yours (Dell, 3.4 ghz, 2gig RAM, 60gig HD (main), 320 gig (slave), and I bought a 1950 pro.  The card runs pretty good, but I still get hitching with alot of people/mobs onscreen.  I actually bought a 8800gts and it ran worse then the 1950pro.  Apparently the processor was bottlenecked and essentially slowing the 8800 down.  I have no idea how your system would run with those cards, just giving you an example of my similar system.

Splurge and go for THAT. but yea out of those onse you've selected the ATI ones the best.... but be warned To by a video card under 300 dollars today means you'll be buying another one very shortly within 6 months once DX10 starts banging out a game or 2.

My best suggestion would be to Really enjoy the game the way you're playing it now. And save your pennies for a DX10 system. To buy new parts now would be like buying a gamecube the day before the wii came out it's nice but you're gonna end up spending double money in the long run.
