NPC Names blocked by invisible wall...

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
At various camera angles a non visible wall blocks any and all NPC names within its range, I tried updating my drivers from Nvidia but it is still happening... Anyone have any insight?

    Does no one have any ideas that I can try? I am rather stumped after the Driver update doing nothing, and before you ask yes I restarted afterwards lol.
