in Star Wars Galaxies

Okay, is there some trick to this that I'm just not getting...click here, download, play...that's what it says, but I've been trying for days now and it keeps saying something about not being able to consume an account key...anybody know WTF is going on?

    they may have disabled it.....try a restore tothe day before you loaded the OG DL and try again.

    I had that happen to me on Monday. I tried loggin in every day and today it consumed the key. I guess it wasnt hungry before.  *Shrugs*
