Any one else having this graphical issue? I cant fix it no matter what

Say if i see a brazier or a rock or a mob upclose, i move some and then they disapear in the distance then i move up then they just pop up. Is there any way to fix this? Like a item or image i see up close i move back and it disapears i move up and it pops up again.

I think that may be an anti aliasing issue, although there is a bug where the mobs disappear, I forgot to which extent though.  I would go to graphics settings and make anti aliasing application controlled and make sure it is turned off in VG.  Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

What video card are you using?

AA is "still" (go figure...) borked and that might be exactly what's going on. Go into your cards settings, not in game but in it's actual toolbox, and make you have no HDR, AA, SA or SM options checked.

Hardware Occlusion will cause nothing but problems on 80% of systems.  If you've never checked it on and it's not currently checked, it's most likely still on (another bug), open up your options in game, check it, restart game, uncheck it, restart game and boot around a bit.

I'll have to look it up but if your still having problems after that then it's most likely simple shader farting, which it does quite often, you can turn off SS through one of the .ini's but it's a pain in the ass to do properly (which no one will tell you) because you have to get the underlying values in other files for it to actually work right.

While I disdain the fact that anyone should have to fiddle with .ini files, there's some wonderful tips over at the sikly venom forums where people have found solutions to your exact problem, you might want to check them out if none of the above has helped you.
