Hey, heres a art thing that i learned about. Id like to thank Crosbie on lionheads forum for this. It is called:
Hands Up, Who Likes Me: The rating Thread. Here all you need to do is show the following about the person. What you think of the Avatar, Signature, and how the person is above. So the person under me will tell me what they think of my Av, sig, and how they think i am on a scale of 1 to 10. And when there done the person under that person will tell about then and so on. So here is what it will look like

Person 9/10, I rarely agree with dreanor, but dreanors posts always well explained, of high quality, polite, and he stands for his opinion, and he has my respect for that. He slips sometime, but that happens to the best of us. An inteligent person.
