Will the characters in WAR be able to walk through each other? Or will characters be able to surround an enemy blocking their escape?
There is a term for what I'm trying to say but for the life of me I can't remember what it is. There was a discussion on it a long time ago in a UO forum somewhere. In Felluca a group could encircle someone and block their escape because they couldn't run through you.
Someone refresh my memory on what this term is. It's bugging me now!

It's called "collision detection" and yes, it will be implemented. Not sure if it will be always on, or just when you face your opponents. It is still in development.
In my opinion, it will bring PvP to a bigger level. Can't wait!

Most of the information you are looking for on this subject can be found in this thread. In short the developer team are currently exploring all options as to implementation although we can expect to see it at least always in RvR and PvP.

When you enter a PvP/RvR area and you get the PvP toggle, collishion detection is on. Period.
It's gonna rock so hard.
