Im a level 10 Sorcerer and I used Chaos stone and now my lvl 6 Lightning ball is lvl 0 and I cant use it anymore....

You should read the tips more often, if you stat reset and don't meet the requirements for the spell (which you wont after you reset) you lose the spell.
