Yes, I can see how the Dev's should be able to play their own game. But, and that's a big but, this is a PVP game, and the evidence sures seem to point to the Dev's giving some degree of advantage to their own Corp.
And that's a deal breaker for me.

quit and play what? WOW, VG,EQ2,SWG Right!!! why would i wanna leave a pure pvp game for some fantasy POO companies vomit out every few years. I'll deal with a dis honest dev in a truely great game. The truth is it's better then paying for folks at games such a VG for a unfinished beta product or hanging out with my 9 year old sons friends on WOW. I'll stay until someone comes out with something better.
I just wished someone would back infinity so that game could get finished and released in my lifetime..

both accounts gone character transferred, this stuff was bubbling three months ago. you cant develop AND play the game and not create some friction, unfortunately ccp tried to hide it. a niche game now with fewer subs and a huge drop on all charts, it will never recover, fact.

None, Been playing for two years now, but I moved on on this issue and kept playing, instead of whinning about it like its going to solve a damned thing.

But here we are, re-electing them year after year, only changing faces from time to time. (I'm not pointing at any country in particular, it's the same thing all around the world)
Personaly, I haven't played EVE in 6 months due to lack of time. Soon though I'll be re-activating my account even with what just happened, you know why? BECAUSE IT'S ONLY A GOD DAMN GAME, a way to kick back and think of something else for a while.
It's not like you're going to lose your mother, wife or kid over this.
Same thing happens in EVERY MMO'S OUT THERE, it's just not out in the open yet. Look at EQ, when a banker was "bugged" in a very remote empty zone and changed 10 platinums for 100 gold and then change those 100 gold to 100 plat (wash rinse and repeat, do the math), funny how a big virtual online currency company made a lot of money with that. You think SOE wasn't part of it? You really think MMO's are not doing it anymore? THEY CASH IN ON IT BY GETTING A CUT FROM THE RESSELLERS.
It's always going to be that way, in every single game out there.

Now ask yourself, do you want more of this or less of this? You decide. With governments you can take part in the governmental process directly or vote/lobby for a change, with CCP all you really can do is vote with your subscription (or buy the company ofcourse, although that's propably not within the reach of most of us).

Something fun regarding this thread though, and the only reason I read it all the way to the end: Try to look at the grammar, spelling, and general communication skills of those saying they are staying compared to those saying they are leaving.
If that is in any way indicative of the type of player that is staying in EvE I can safely assume the community is going directly down the drain. I know it is not a representative assumption but it does rather pointedly stand out as you read the posts.
