World of Warcraft is probably your best bet. I always loved world PVP in this game as fun factor, and there are real PVP rewards that are worth something doing battlegrounds and arenas,a nd tons of team PVP play. Easy to meet people to PVP with.
Vangaurd PVP is unblalanced and meaningless atm, but they have 2 PVP servers. One is FFA, the other is team vs. team (pretty much good vs evil races).
Lineage 2 might give you a challenge. It's older now so you pretty much have to do the first levels solo, but the PVP is very fun, and sieging is great, if you can stand the grind and get a good guild.
Everquest II is like Vangaurd, PVP is pretty crappy and just a FFA meaningless gank environment.
Archlord is FFA, but you can work with your guild to have a chance at leading the server by raiding. Its very buggy and never getting fixed though.
City of Villians/Heros is kid of interesting PVP, nothing like sieging or raiding though. They have big arena areas and its kinda dead i found.
RF Online - Crappy ganking grind fest, you get owned below L 40.
Shadowbane - Had interesting PVP rules, but it's so old and outdated and clunky to play, plus the "hardcores" that still play it run the servers.
Rappelz - I kind of enjoyed this game, Another point and click korean game, but it has optional PVP, and one FFA PVP server. I don't know what the end game PVP is like, but it's worth a look.
AO - Old now but i always enjoyed the PVP. They have lots of expansions i haven't played, and PVP and arena zones, many different PVP environments.
Hope this helps a bit.
Ultima Online - Its ages that I have played that but I heard that the "Siege Perilious " Shard/Server still follows the old hardcore rules. Might be worth a look after the graphic update.
