Click button "view @ eve-online" that would show thread at official forums. I guess its alright to rally members to give positive votes, but if someone ask honest feedback (probably lot biased negative right now, which they deserve) then they don't just lock it, but delete it. These that don't know when CCP delete thread its often because its too inconvenient for them to have it locked as member still could see it, you can find these from chribbas eve-search.
